It’s kind of like the Taiwanese “yo fan” (direct translation is oily rice) but in a form of a shumai. Definitely getting two bags of these when they come next time. Steam for 8 minutes and you are donneeeeee. So easy!

Very Tasty sticky rice

These shumai sticky rice with little ground pork and mushroom in them are very tasty. It cooks pretty fast too. I’m ordering them again=p

Sticky Rice Shumai

I tried these because I love shumai. They were tasty and easy to cook. But just know that these are 100% filled with sticky rice, and not like traditional shumai.

These shumai are really tasty and easy to steam! They do benefit from having some sort of soy chili dipping sauce on the side. They aren't quite as amazing as the xiaolongbao but still very good.

Decent, tastes very doughy

These are okay, they're the best out of the things we ordered but the doughy flour taste did not go away even when these were steamed for more than the recommended time.

Steamed to perfection

These are delicious. So unique. I love the sticky texture. You can definitely taste the Chinese mushrooms and FYI the pork has a lighter taste. Definitely worth trying! 10 minutes in the bamboo steamer and they come out perfectly! I don’t know if they are exactly “5 star” which to me means *perfect* but I felt like a 4-star rating wasn’t accurate either.

Waited over a month for this since I missed the last delivery to norcal. It sure worth the wait... I will definitely order again

Sticky rice sui mei ???! Had to try this new item. This didn't have the wow factor as their XLB but it was still good. May I suggest adding water chestnuts for crunch?

Lisa Shew (Sunnyvale, CA)

I ordered the sticky rice shumai because my family loves sticky rice and dumplings - best of both worlds. These were delicious 😋. I will definitely order again!!
