Yummy for my tummy!

Sorry, no photos bc we eat them so darn fast! This has to be the family's favorite. Initially we tried making it the way we normally would for potstickers - didn't quite get the texture of the outside right. Then, we followed the directions - steam then pan fried, for some reason, still wasn't getting it right, but needless to say, we still ate it all. Flavor profile is the best we've had in a while. And, trust me, we've tried everyone place in SF to find this kind of bao. One place 'had' it, then the owners changed (on Taraval), and so did the bao! If you had one with the pickles inside - that would put it over the top, can you guys try 2 flavors of this bao? Like you do with all the others? These need to be in packs of 50 as well! :) Love it!

Restaurant quality Shengjian Bao

I won't have order Shengjian Bao at restaurants any more now that I can make this at home and taste the same. Very easy and tasty!

Very good!

We like these very much, especially when the outside gets just the right amount of crisp!

Such a treat!

My mom in SD got me hooked on the dumplings and pan fried buns. Both are better than what we can find in the frozen section in SF. We get the shrimp, pork with extra roe! Looking forward to pick up again :)

Surprise and delighted

I usually don’t order these pan fried buns because I’m usually disappointed. The best ones I’ve had was Yang Yangs when I lived in Shanghai. I would have to say these are different from those but definitely one of the best I’ve had in the states.

Hot & Juicy SJB

In the comfort of my own home and maybe in PJs, I can prepare these super delicious not-so-little pouches of heavenly goodness. I’m talking about the Shengjian Bao (生煎包). Hot and Juicy right out of the pan. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It’s so good, y’all! I’m sure I can eat a few of these.

The delivery we all look forward to!

I embarrassingly ordered an absurd amount after my excitement of seeing such a huge variety of dumplings and baos. We followed the instructions and were pleased that we could actually steam delicious XLB's at home though it took us a few tries to make them without the thin skin popping. The pan fried bao's are our favorite. Love how great the ingredients are!

Best shenjian in town

These shenjian baos are my absolute favorite of all dumplings and you made them just perfectly. The right amount of fluffiness to the skin paired with meat and cabbage filling is just heavenly. Thank you for making delicious and authentic dumplings and delivering them to the Bay Area! We are blessed.
