Known as Shengjian Bao (生煎包). Tasty, moist pork wrapped with half-soft, half-crispy dough, these pan-fried pork buns with wrapper made from yeast dough and the filling contains minced pork, spring onion, and various seasonings. Its size is about 2.5" diameter. Eat three of these and an average tummy will be satisfyingly full.
Cooking instructions: Steam them for approximately 12 minutes. Then remove and pan-fried the base for 1 minute to a get crispy base.
