So excited to use bamboo steamer & it worked perfectly with the XLB we ordered. Think we cooked the entire order within 2 days (3 meals) since the boys could not get enough.

I always wanted to buy one but did not till I bought dumplings from the site and decided to invest in one to make a perfect dumplings and it worked well, easy to clean, perfect size ( not too big or too small), no weird smell or anything. Love it!
This steamer and the 9" papers worked out great for us. We were able to fit 6-8 dumplings per tray, which was enough to feed 2 people. We put it over a large sauté pan. The logo is cute too. We probably could have found something similar or cheaper at a local restaurant supply store, but we got it from Yummi along with our first ever Yummi xiaolongbao order for convenience.
