Most famous and loved juicy dumplings. Filled with soup inside. Comes with crab and pork fillings in THIN wrapper.

NOTE: THIN wrapper XLBs are juicier and contain NO MSG.

Ingredients: Crab, Pork, Chicken Stock, Chicken Flavor, Salt, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Flour, Sesame Oil, Cooking Wine, Green Onion, Gelatin, Ginger

Overall really good, although some dumplings broke too frequently.

We got these for variety. They're pretty similar to the regular pork XLB. If I had to pick between the two, I personally prefer regular pork ones. (That's how I feel about pork vs pork and crab XLB served anywhere else too.)

Lots of wrapper breakage; filling was good but not quite as flavorful...then again, wrapper leaked so I didn't get the full taste.

Every XLB exploded when cooked

Tasted okay... Could not taste the crabs at all, and every XLB exploded during steaming or immediately after when attempting to pick them up.

I ordered many bag crab and pork XLB wish I can taste the crab meat flavor. Unfortunately not much deferent from the regular pork flavor.
