Filling is ok, but the ratio of meat, shrimp, and chives can be better balanced. As for the wrapper, there is too much skin. The texture is too thick and doughy even with boiling for 12+ minutes.
It’s the seasoning that made these dumplings so flavorful. The meat is good quality- not a single bite where I tasted chewy parts or cartilage. Thumbs up 👍
I pan-fried these dumplings. They came out delicious. BTW, excellent customer service.
